Conexis - Web Application Architect – Health Insurance
· Designing and developing web based applications at health industry compliance service client Conexis. Completed special industry training in federal government health care compliance regulations including HIPPA and COBRA. Programming in C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server 2008 applications. Development tools include C#, WCF and Web services, AJAX web controls, Entity Framework, LINQ, Silverlight and TFS / Team Foundation Server.
Certrec - Web Application Architect – Energy
· Developed as part of a small senior team creating a new ASP.NET 4.0/SQL Server 2008 application replacing an existing PHP/MySQL based application. The application runs the alert system for the North American Electric Reliability and comprises a real time alert and notification system including workflow and compliance with federal requirements. Developed using C#, LINQ to SQL and Entity Framework, WCF and Web services, Telerik web controls and Team Foundation Server.
J. Hilburn – Ecommerce Web Application Architect – Men’s clothing
· Developed a new ecommerce application for online retail client J. Hilburn. Designed a new Asp.Net 4.0 web application to automate the registration of new sales partners. Using Visual Studio 2010 C#, SQL Server 2008, the Bydesign web services API and the Authorize.Net ecommerce API, the new application allows prospective new partners to accept emailed invitations, register via web forms and make online credit card purchase of startup packages.
· Updated the clients Online Management system using Visual Studio 2008, C# and SQL Server to integrate with new invitation application allowing current partners to email invitations to prospective partners and to join their sales organization.

Allstate Insurance - Web Application Architect – Insurance
· Designed and developed a custom web application for use on over the Allstate WAN by it’s litigation offices and Imaging Departments. Morris completed and deployed the Claims Litigation Services Portal Application providing 80 offices Nationwide the ability to process litigation claim forms via database driven dynamically customized Web Form. The application generates custom bar codes, creates and stores .PDF files on the fly while cataloging and indexing related litigation documents in a Database.
· Designed and coded a custom administration and maintenance application supporting the Litigation Services by creating an Asp.Net MVC2 based web application. Used the ADO.NET Entity Framework Design and coded of the application from inception, conducting user interviews, assisting with technical documentation, designing and creating relational database, developing the code and working through a staged implementation to 80 Allstate offices across the country. Coding and development using VB.Net with some C# libraries, Asp.Net framework 4.0, Visual Studio 2010, Asp.Net Themes, IIS7, SQL Server 2008, BCL PDF Creator and Barcode Generator. Concluded the project with custom power point presentation covering MVC2 and application handover for the development team.
Crump Insurance - Web Application Architect – Insurance
· Designed and developed a custom web application with both extranet and intranet deployments. Application provides a custom web portal for connection and networking of insurance carriers, brokers and client agents.
· Design and coding of the application from scratch, including UI and web design along with relational database designs. Developed to production implementation using Asp.Net framework 4.0, C#, Visual Studio 2010, IIS7 and SQL Server 2008.
Lincoln Properties – Web Application Architect – Real Estate
· Designed and developed a custom SharePoint application and a custom Web Part in C# to detect parse, verify and log authenticated user information from the WAN. Design and create SQL Server 2005 tables and stored procedures to support the application functions. Implement application on MOSS 2007 webfarm. SharePoint development and deployment using Visual Studio 2008, VSeWSS, WSPBuilder, Central Administration, stsadm and SharePoint Designer 2007.
· Designed and created a Win Form executable application and a custom Powershell script to download and perform updates to all computers on the client network to conform to required standards. The executable components are integrated as part of the custom SharePoint application.
World Wide Flight Services – Web Application Architect – Transportation
· Developed a custom ASP.Net web application for Risk Management claims and incidents in meeting all Federal requirements in accordance with OSHA. Web application is deployed as external facing over a WAN accessed by users across North America.
· Programming in VB.Net SQL Server 2005 stored procedures, functions, Reporting Services, SSIS, Asp.Net 3.5, Visual Studio 2008, HTML, CSS and AJAX. Created data transformation matrix, scripted and executed Import of all data from former system to new application.

Torchmark – Web Application Architect – Insurance
· Working for a major insurance provider Torchmark Corp. analyzed the corporate workflow application and designed new features. The application controls the creation of prospective client groups and contracts through review and approval and the ultimate routing of print jobs for insurance documents and offers.
· Programming in C#, SQL Server 2005 stored procedures and functions, Reporting Services, SSIS, Asp.Net 3.5, Visual Studio 2008, HTML, CSS and AJAX. Provided application enhancements using MVC and other design patterns. Using SVN source control with Tortoise and DBGhost.
· Provided administration and development support for Corporate SharePoint Portal using SharePoint Server 3.0.
Regency Gas – Web Application Consultant –Energy
· Performed an application project rescue in analyzing a custom Asp.Net 3.5 Human Resource Application which was left in midstream of developed. Quickly reverse engineered the application in .Net 3.5, C#, SQL Server 2005 resolving conflicting versions in SVN, debugging completing codes and completing the required application processes.

Alvarez & Marsal – Web Application Consultant –Legal Forensics
· Researched, analyzed and recommended measures to improve the performance of a custom large document archive search application. The application is used by bankruptcy lawyers and staff to search terabyte sized document repositories in forensics processes including the cleanup processes for Lehman Brothers and other large firms.
· Provided recommendations to significantly speed up the performance of the search application and then completed coding for the improvements updating the .Net 3.5 C# Web App, wrote a .Net 3.5 Win Forms C# application, using SQL Server 2008 Management Studio, MS Enterprise Library, the dtSearch application engine and .Net API, the LAW software system and Virtual PC 2007. Average search times improved over 200% with the resulting coding improvements.
VHA – Web Application Architect – Workflow Management/Medical Supply
· Assisted in design and completed development of an ASP.NET 3.5 Framework based Product Exception Management Web Application from functional specification thru successful QA testing and production deployment.
· Added to design specification of the sole UI for the project while also documenting the application and subsequently coding the entire application.

Holly Corp – Senior Developer – Crude Oil
· Performed the Full Lifecycle Development for a new Asp.Net and SQL Server 2000 based Enterprise Crude Scheduling Application. Conducted user interviews for, designed and developed a beta version of an Asp.Net, C#, and SQL Server 2000 based application for forecasting, scheduling and reporting on Holly’s daily Crude Oil transactions. Match.com – Web Architect / Senior Developer – Online Dating
· Created a new Match.com website in Asp.Net 1.0. Replaced Classic ASP Match.com website with their first Asp.Net version website. Development tools included: ASP.Net using Visual Studio and Visual Studio 2003 and Visual Source Safe.
· Programmed Internet maintenance included cross platform, & cross browser updates & troubleshooting extensively with HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, The DOM, XML, and XPath.
· Programmed C# development. ADO.Net. SQL Server development including database design and creation, stored procedure development and Visual Studio development for SQL Server 2000. Participated in numerous projects including the development of a new version of the primary enterprise wide Match.com site. Converted from a Visual Basic Script ASP based site to a C# Asp.Net based site.
· Served as Technical Project Lead over the merger process during Match.com’s purchase of P2P, formerly a major competitor. This project included many (and ongoing) client communications and solution design subsequent to contractual agreements. Capital One Auto Finance. – Application Architect – Auto Loan
· Developed a new Asp.Net based Auto Installment Loan application to replace a main frame based application used to perform various operations necessary for processing automobile loans. .
· Converted a Visual Basic 6 application to ASP>net C# and SQL Server 2000 database as key aspects of the implementation.
· Researched, designed, tested, documented and implemented the backend integration system responsible for communication between the Dot Net web application and mainframe application.
· Developed and wrote the integration service in C# using Visual Studio .Net 2003, Visual Source Safe, IBM Clear Case, IBM Web Sphere MQ SDK for Dot Net, extensive use of Web Services, XML data sources, Xml Dom, Xml Reader and Dot Net Serialization classes.
· Wrote and implemented the 1st proof of concept prototype for the C# to MQ Series based backend implementation of this system including development of Asp.Net Web Services, Asp.Net Remoting, middle tier architecture. Penson Financial – Senior Developer – Multimedia
· Managed and developed the Corporate Intranet project, directing junior developers and contractors working on the creation of a new corporate Intranet. Acted as technical liaison between appropriate internal organizations to communicate and document the design and eventual implementation of the new corporate Intranet.
· Coded and developed performing the full life cycle of design, research and development for a revamped extranet application. Developed as part of a team creating the web based extranet application to replace an existing web application servicing both brokerage clients and their users. The extranet is the core business application.
InsurData / HealthAxis.com – Senior Developer – Insurance
· Assisted with the analysis, design and coding to create a Web Based data warehouse application. Receiving training in a customized version of Life-Cycle Development methodology called the “Insur-Method”. Applied the methodology by conducting extensive pre-design research, on site client / end user interviews to produce and revise extensive application design documentation. Participated in regular design and implementation meetings with executive management.
· Developed the web-based data warehouse application using Active Server Pages, Visual Basic COM under MTS, HTML / DHTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, MS Visual Studio, Visual Interdev, VBScript,, and SQL Server 6.5 / 7.0. The application involved the client’s first conversion of a critical mainframe process to a client-server web-based application.
